Refund on Ticket Sales

Our refund policy for tickets will be offered up until August 1, 2022. If this date is passed, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, you must send an email to tickets@deepsouthparacomicon.com requesting the refund and the reason. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to have the vendor ticket number, your name, address, and phone you used to purchase the ticket.

DSPCC cannot refund any items purchased at the event. We are only responsible for the ticket sales.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
